Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show and guest-experience elements. Assists the Production Team as the client’s Responsible Individual (RI) on assigned projects, overseeing meeting notes, assignments, managing external/internal resources, and determining strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept through final installation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relationships and conduct status updates, meetings and milestones.
- Coordinate communication documents (internal and external) with development/Engineering Team and Client.
- Keyholder of internal systems, including Scrum Dashboards.
- Assist Producer with project documentation including SOWs, schedules, technical and functional requirements.
- Work closely with creative and development teams to set goals and check quality of deliverables and reviewing deliverables.
- Resolve issues in a timely and diplomatic manner and utilize change management to remain agile to account for changes in project scope.
- Collaborate in defining and implementing project management processes and workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Salary:
- Base salary plus performance bonuses.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree: Preferred, from a four year college or university in Theatrical Arts, Theme Park or Entertainment Design, related field, or equivalent of experience.
- Required 2-3 Years: experience in high-impact project management.
- Required 2-3 Years: experience in media related design/production field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information:

- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, bid package preparation and variety of vendors.
- Knowledge of technologies, including A/V, robotics, engineering, coding, building and various show systems.
- Knowledge of architectural, project management and production/construction practices.
- Demonstrates ability to lead staff, instill a spirit of teamwork and promote staff development.
- Makes independent choices free from immediate supervision.
- Possesses solid aesthetic sensibilities and storytelling skills to support the creative process and to facilitate communication between all disciplines.
Note: You must be a US citizen or have a work permit to work in the US. The position requires the ability to work from our Winter Park, FL office.
