We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Merchandise team within EMEA Content Team in our brand-new Amsterdam office! The ideal candidate will have passion and proven track record for project managing and developing Merchandise in Gaming and/or Entertainment industry.

The role is to manage multiple vendors and agencies to develop new Merchandise and products for PUBG Amsterdam within budget and timely manner. In addition, Merchandise team currently have many other projects on the pipeline with Global Licensing deals and the project coordinator is expected to support and lead on some of the initiatives with the members in the content team.

In the Project Coordinator role, you will:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Managing the vendors and agencies to check if project outcomes are being delivered
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Other duties that may be assigned by the company and that would enter the scope of the employee’s qualifications

Our Ideal Project Coordinator will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion merchandising, project management or related field of study
• Experience in related field within the gaming industry
• Experience and knowledge in Merchandise production
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Great understanding of materials (eg fabrics) and quality
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with PUBG
• Experience within an international environment
• Passionate gamer who understands games
• Multilingual
