Project Coordinator - JIRA Experience

Work Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)
This is a unique opportunity to work with a new AI Start-up, and a fun, diverse team focused on improving software and workflows for traditional office workers. You'll represent and leverage your knowledge of office administration and operational procedures in order to develop improved and efficient software workflows within a small team and collaborative working environment.
This is a non-traditional Project Coordination job which uses aspects of project management including knowledge of JIRA to assist the client in the development of new software tools.
Position: Requires on-site availability to downtown San Francisco
Responsibilities:
- Represent Office workers in providing feedback to tools (Google Sheets) and processes used daily to improve efficiencies
- Create Use case scenarios based upon traditional office workers and Execute delivering YOUR thoughts on the opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and improve processes that support the creation of the Use cases and cross-training of peers on how to execute
- Independently identify administrative/operational inefficiencies and work to mitigate them.
- Assist the team with product demos for peers,
- Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree relevant field, or 3+ years relevant experience, ideally leveraging JIRA as part of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Competent using JIRA
- Competent with spreadsheets, either Excel or Smartsheets
- Preferred: Some experience with: Tableau, PowerBI or similar software
- Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
- Great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates
- Thoughtful and attentive communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable operating on a small team with lots of collaboration and individuals who have multiple roles
- Passion for learning, teaching, reflecting and self-improvement
