GSN Games is looking for a Project Coordinator (Contract) to join our team in Boston!
About GSN Games Project Management in Tech Ops:
We keep every team equipped and connected, whether across the office or halfway around the world. A few examples of what could keep you busy as a Project Coordinator in Tech Ops: rolling out new software tools, creating processes for responding to incidents, and helping teams do their best work as efficiently as possible.
What you’ll do:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work with our Senior Project Manager and Technology Operations team. You will help manage initiatives for a variety of technical and non-technical teams.
- Produce clear and concise meeting notes, and proactively identify and follow up on next steps from discussions.
- Help teams identify and resolve issues in schedules/deadlines and dependencies.
- Maintain and monitor project communications, such as project plans and timelines, throughout a project’s lifecycle.
- Document and summarize project progress for stakeholders.
- Answer emails and requests clearly and promptly.
- Undertake project tasks as needed.
About You:
You’re a natural organizer with a knack for details. You’re excited to learn about new apps and technologies, and are comfortable talking to people with a variety of job titles and backgrounds. You should be curious about how things work and eager to find ways to make them better.
You will need:
- Previous work experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Willingness to work in teams.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and initiatives at once.
Bonus Points!
- Experience using Jira & Confluence.
- Advanced ability with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience and success managing time sensitive projects (school, personal, or professional).
- Experience with process creation or improvement.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work so that the most critical tasks are addressed first.
- Ability to adapt to unanticipated events and implement plans for accomplishing work.
