Project CoordinatorSummary
As part of the Commercial Programs team, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating various activity for program execution within the Commercial Strategy Group.
For approximately 6-8 months a year, this role will specifically be focused on tradeshow planning and execution while working directly with the product teams to ensure their strategic vision is carried out.
When tradeshow season isn’t active, the Program Coordinator will support the Commercial Programs team in executing administrative and operational activities as they arise.What You'll Do
Primary point of contact for all required commercial deliverables for tradeshow logistics such as:
- Software, parts, timeline management
- Coordination with studios, marketing, tech services, and the COE to ensure alignment on tradeshow status
- Support activity around showroom updates in preparation of tradeshow events
- Maintain concise communication with team members, external departments, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project status and clear work assignments
- Initiate project management strategies, drive project milestones, and deliver items necessary
- Identifies and leads process improvement opportunities to better streamline existing outputs
- Supports (maintains tasks and timelines, planning and follow-up on projects, intakes and consolidates stakeholder contributions) various activity, reports, and projects the commercial department delivers, for example:
- Monthly and quarterly reports, such as CEO report, D&D Interlock, Competitor Intel, Eilers Summaries
- Presentations for ongoing initiatives
- Subscription management of industry reports
- Commercial Programs, such as Reel Returns, Champion’s Program
- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience participating in projects, and/or Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
- Ability to manage more than one project of small/medium size and low/medium complexity and get results.
- Proactive risk mitigation skills, providing visibility to risks and issues and ability to quickly resolve
- Ability to employ soft skills (communication, adaptability, problem solving, leadership, time management) when working with stakeholders to initiate, develop and assist with project planning
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
