Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Producer, you will facilitate and encourage cross functional communication
• Track project status and team metrics Utilize Jira dashboards to communicate project status e.g.; a “Bug Velocity, Burndown”
• Ensure all Jira tasks are moved through the workflow correctly and are closed at the end of each sprint
• Ensure tasks are assigned and fleshed-out for the correct team and that team members are aware of key dates, requirements and dependencies. e.g.; linking Jira tickets together so that teams know when work is ready for them to start
• Collaborate with the Producer to document feature requirements and priorities
• Analyze capacity requirements for upcoming release and assist with planning
• Maintain visibility on production priorities and escalate critical issues to stakeholders as they arise

Qualifications:

• Have completed or are working on a degree complementary to the video games industry
• You are a people-person with outstanding communication skills both written and oral
• Are occasionally available at odd hours to connect with international partners
• You are interested and/or have some experience in Project Management, Product Management, games/software development, game design, or QA
• You are familiar with formulas / functions in Excel / Google sheets
• You know or are willing to learn about Jira workflows, Jira administration, the Atlasssian suite
