Project Coordinator [Studio]

Ubisoft Stockholm is looking for a Project Coordinator to work in the studio across multiple projects. Working closely with our ambitious development teams, you will have the opportunity to be part of shipping memorable experiences for the players.

As a project coordinator, you will be supporting the production team in task planning, agile methodologies and logistics. You will report to one of our Associate Producers, making sure our technical teams are communicated with daily and have what they need to produce high quality content.

What you do:

• Drive the planning and logistics for our tech development teams to deliver on higher level goals.
• Follow-up with production and development teams, raising flags and recommending changes as needed.
• Co-facilitate production build & sprint planning, stand ups and retrospect’s.
• Handle inventory of our tech teams, ensuring best possible working environment.
• Communicate internally and with external partners as needed.

Qualifications

You’re a:

• Collaborator with a relatable University Degree, higher education or similar.
• Positive and energetic problem-solver who enjoys meeting new people and working with several teams.
• Organizer who understands the importance of clear communication.
• Easy going person with interest in tech, games and the industry.
