Project Coordinator (12-month contract) - Battlefield Central Tech

Our Battlefield Central Technology (BCT) team is home to remarkable technical talent, who are building Battlefield tools and technology on EA’s proprietary game engine, Frostbite. This role is a 12-month contract position.
Responsibilities:
We have a lot of exciting things going on within Battlefield and BCT, and we are looking for a collaborative and operational person to join our team. You will support our projects and our people as we work internally in BCT and across the Battlefield franchise. Our partners involve studios like DICE, Ripple Effect, and Ridgeline Games in addition to finance, brand, and external vendors to ensure we are operating in harmony. You will report to our Director of Product Development, and you will be part of how we coordinate our projects across the organization.
- Provide administrative support that aligns with project goals.
- Support our internal communications such as organizing team meetings, reports and updates.
- Support with information gathering for project reports and team-events.
- Be part of team culture projects such as team building events and giveaways.
- Maintain administrative files (contract payments, work orders).
- Send purchase orders to vendors and follow up on invoicing queries.
- Track and follow up actual vs forecasted spendings.
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of administrative and/or financial experience
- Have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.
- Experienced with Microsoft office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experienced with Google Suite products, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Have a desire to learn and operate in a dynamic environment.
