Summary
Aristocrat Technologies Inc., a global leader in Gaming Entertainment and electronic gaming machines manufacturing, is looking for a customer-focused multitasker that can manage cross functional projects. The Project Analyst is responsible for planning all aspects of Class 2 and Class 3 projects, as well as managing and deploying multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Analyst position creates and manages communication strategies, documentation strategies, development strategies, requirements analysis, discovery efforts, project schedules, and process improvement efforts.Pay Range
$56,723-$105,344What you'll do
- Responsible for accurate and on time delivery/completion of all customer projects (hardware and software) working within Regulatory/Gaming Compliance standards.
- Works with Customers, Sales, Product Management, Field Services, and other key departments to develop deployment strategies and objectives.
- Guides continuous improvement initiatives, which include new product rollout, onboarding new customers, casino projects, new casino launches, changing processes within systems, and identifying ways to improve the customer experience. This includes communicating and strategizing with stakeholders, leading meetings, and updating documentation.
- Directs key stakeholders for deployment of critical business strategies as defined by product owners and sales.
- Leads weekly account team meetings to review upcoming customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
- Reviews system, operational, and engineering changes within the organization and highlights impacts to stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains weekly project plans for onboarding new customers or for large projects.
- Provides mentorship to team members within Deployment and across the organization on professionalism, leadership, and best practices.
- Ensures deployment processes are clearly documented and within ISO standards by writing and approving processes.
- Works with IT for UAT development and testing.
- Escalates issues affecting the broader organization.
- Provides leadership and guidance with team members on project risk management, helping to mitigate deployment issues.
- Leads by example: timely delivery of reports, status updates, and administrative tasks.
- Onboards and trains new Project Analysts.
- Manages and coordinates special customer projects as assigned by upper management and sales.
What we're looking for
- Associates Degree in a related field or its equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years Casino experience preferred.
- Relationship builder, who works well with stakeholders to initiate, develop, and assist with strategic project and product planning.
- Capable of managing multiple projects of small/medium/large size and low/medium/high complexity that produce positive results.
- Proactive at project risk management; can mitigate potential deployment issues.
- Skillful at effectively managing cross functional teams across organizational levels and holding high level meetings.
- Proven facilitation skills and leadership ability – will be able to effectively drive account team/team members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Performance excellence in planning and execution of projects with attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; D365, CRM, and Salesforce experience a plus.
