Summary

What You'll Do

As a Project Administrator you will provide project administration and customer support. You will monitor project plans, ensure that deadlines are met, update risks and issues, produce reports and briefing packs, manage the logistical requirements of the projects, as well as provide administration support to the Project Manager.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Project administrative duties including documenting project progress/status, organising customer signed docs, emails, etc
• Meeting bookings and well as minute taking in meetings
• Connect with customers to organise finer details and obtain relevant information
• Schedule resources for all projects
• Be the main contact for customers on all project queries
• Provide timely and relevant updates to all stakeholders
• Track and communicate project risks and opportunities with the project manager

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an admin based role with stakeholder and customer interaction
• Experience with basic project management strategies and tools would be highly regarded
• Experience working in the gaming industry would be highly regarded
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Fantastic relationship building and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to manage timelines

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
