Are you ready to help push Magic’s experimental sub-brand to the next level?
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Program Manager to help drive the Secret Lair product and brand experience as we bring it to a new wave of fans. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Secret Lair and exist squarely in the center of the program, helping to set the path and coordinate tactics. You will work with team members continuously, acting as a persistent advocate of the customer (current and future.)
What You'll Do:
- Keep the Vision – Carry the torch, keeping Secret Lair true to its core values as it grows and changes.
- Keep Us Hungry – Collaborate with business, marketing, production, and design voices across the team to endlessly push for growth, experimentation, and innovation.
- Build Partnerships – Help pitch new outside partners, and be the primary owner of those relationships from the product side throughout the execution.
- Document, Summarize, and Evangelize – Build overarching reports and ongoing summaries of the comprehensive Secret Lair program, then share those with leadership across the Wizards organization.
- Jump In, Clear Paths – Flexibly solve problems and open doorways for everyone on the team; be a one-stop solutions shop.
- Develop Products – Intake data and opportunities from our business group and turn them into innovative and exciting consumer products.
What You'll Bring:
- 6 Years experience in Program Management.
- Applicable experience in Product Development, Product Design, or similar.
- A customer-centric attitude, preferably with examples of professional applications.
- Ability to drive projects forward by providing clear and concise direction/feedback and influencing partners.
- Well developed, verbal, written, and presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience collaborating with diverse groups, partners, and subject matter specialists.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills sufficient to make you someone outside groups look forward to working with.
- A spirit of fearlessness and optimism; Secret Lair swings for the fences.
