Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Uplay team, Ubisoft’s own PC gaming platform. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for a project within Uplay. The Program Manager will collaborate with the Technical Director, Creative Director and the Lead Producer who sets directions for all projects. You will be the specialist that holds the vision and plans for the road-map for the project. You will have close collaboration with different development teams and communicating with various stakeholders around the globe.

This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden, and requires working onsite. The role requires you to travel occasionally. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and your cover letter in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the job-ad is posted.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is important you can lead and inspire in a technical environment and collaborate with both technical and non-technical talent. You are driven and passionate about developing a digital distribution platform for games with millions of users. You are interested in the gaming industry and the latest trends. Furthermore, you believe in team ownership of what you create, and you will be working with your colleagues to learn, share ideas and solve complex problems. You constantly innovate, improve product quality and group productivity. To succeed, you will need to be excellent of building strong relationships. Besides the above, we are looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

We foresee a future where our development team will spear head the development of one or several emerging technologies. It will be the responsibility of this person to manage this project as well. A track record of transforming new technology into released products is a big bonus.
