About the Role

The Program Manager for Twitch Music will report to the Senior Manager - Go-to-Market and oversee the general management and end-to-end delivery of premium music programming plans and ongoing partner management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a program management role, with a focus on driving collaboration and consensus across teams .

You will be highly diverse, working with both internal and external partners . Internally, you will work across Marketing, Licensing, Content Development, Product, Legal and Finance to orchestrate collaboration and guide successful individual programs and overall music programming strategy. You will also own relationships with top industry partners (promoters, labels) to guide the supply of new content and experiences and promote Twitch’s growth in Music.

You Will:

• Manage compelling strategic partnerships with key music industry partners. This includes managing deal negotiations through to program execution and everything in between to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
• Develop project plans, identify workstreams, and ensure all our teams successfully deliver initiatives
• Build and share insights and best practices based on program performance and effectiveness
• Optimize repeatable processes as programs come to market
• Develop trusted, collaborative relationships with all partners
• Main contact for all external partner communication, maintaining a positive and productive relationship;
• Be the advocate internally for partnership needs and resourcing
• Develop and also maintain a Program Calendar for each partner, ensuring all partners are aware deliverables
• Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns to support the promotions.
• Manage partner program budgets and monitor costs.
• Provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences.
• Analyze program performance data and insights, reporting on high-level launch results;
• Serve as a key contributor to the development of playbooks, pitch materials, and performance trackers to scale business.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within the music industry
• You think, act and partner with individual contributors, vendors, and executives.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail ; both at the strategic and operational level
• Familiarity with Twitch community and gaming space
• You love music.
