Program Manager - Teacher Ambassador Program

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Management: Source, onboard, build and maintain our growing list of educator relationships. Identify opportunities to support our educator community as well as areas to amplify Teacher Ambassador voice and support brand marketing initiatives
• Define, recruit, and capture monthly Teacher Ambassador activities that amplify the benefits of Osmo in the classroom and at home
• Manage and nurture relationships with every tier of Teacher Brand Ambassador (can include a mix of weekly 1:1 calls, monthly group calls, recurring newsletter, etc.)
• Maintain and grow our Parent/Teacher Facebook Page
• Creative and Tech Savvy: Build ambassador campaigns and events (virtual or on-site) - such as STEM Week and Hour of Code. Grow our social proof and social media presence through educator engagement and amplification
• Draft newsletters / emails, briefs, education focused blog posts (self or through education influencers)
• Host monthly training and virtual events. Daily social media interactions and monitoring of educator activities
• Cross-Functional: Demonstrate your excitement for educators, overall influencer / ambassadors with cross-functional partners to execute strategic marketing plans and achieve team goals.Support and align with various touch points including but not limited to Osmo core, Osmo EDU, Marketing, Social Media, and PR. Support and execute overall influencer marketing vision
• Strategic Thinker: Make decisions, recommendations and activity plans based on data collection and analysis
• Establish yourself as a consistent, positive presence for the entire Influencer Team, Influencer Program, and Osmonaut community
• Maintain and present weekly reporting and recommendations to continue to strengthen and scale our Teacher Ambassador program

Requirements

• Previous classroom teaching experience and program management experience
• Knowledge of school district and EDU space a PLUS
• Proficiency in Excel, presentation building tools, social media and familiarity with the influencer landscape
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and on-trend ambassador program growth tactics
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to analyze performance data and make recommendations to optimize towards growth goals
• Basic understanding of video, photography and design tools preferred
• Bonus: Experience in the entertainment / toy / tech space (3–12 y.o.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast growing environment
• Ideally - BA/BS degree in marketing or related field. 2–4 years relevant work experience
