Opportunity
The Program Manager, Screens Video & Audio Partners, is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with product strategy, commitments, and goals of Screens and the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring projects to ensure goals and objectives are being kept. Experience successfully managing internal development, external development, and client stakeholders is a must. Knowledge and experience managing multiple projects at the same time in larger landscapes without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise is required. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to plan and implement projects and initiatives.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Define tasks and required resources
- Work with customers as part of the project team
- Work with external development teams to align customer objectives, timelines, deliverables
- Track budget
- Recommend and track project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverables
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress to the team and program management office
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of projects
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and nimble environment which can pivot very quickly to reflect priority shifts.
- This person will have a demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity and collaborative approach to work
Experience & Education Requirements
- 5-7 years professional project management experience in highly matrix’d organizations
- Bachelor’s degree, EE/CS/DSP or equivalent experience
- Engineering experience a plus
- PMP a plus
