Your Mission

Looking for a Program Manager to manage our year-round Central Tech Rotational Engineering Program. Candidates will have experience working within the diverse landscape of established and up-and -coming engineering programs across the US, as well as Canada and Europe.

You will partner closely with Central Tech’s Online team and our Research Leads, as well as build relationships with Activision’s studios, Activision’s Emerging Talent, and Recruiting teams.

Your goal is to bring a diverse set of engineers into Central Tech, as well as encourage and manage their transition into our studios. Strategic focus will be to build upon our existing Academic relationships, while you seek out new opportunities for our Academic and Rotational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to develop Job Descriptions for Recruiting
• Assist hiring managers throughout the sourcing, interview and onboarding process
• Arrange and coordinate University and Professor visits (virtual and IRL), including itinerary planning, meetings, and social events
• In partnership with Central Tech leadership, conduct research to identify diversity opportunities in the field of computer science and graphics engineering
• Schedule, plan, and manage quarterly meetings, including notes
• Research international Academic programs to identify opportunities to target key talent and create relationships
• Identify learning opportunities by partnering with hiring managers and leadership
• Track and survey engineers on their training and experience
• Develop additional learning opportunities and knowledge sharing for engineers outside of the corporate UR schedule
• Work with team to share program updates with external stakeholders at the company
• Partner with Central Tech Recruitment and ABK Early Careers to ensure program success

Player Profile

• 4+ years’ experience developing and managing placement programs, e.g, engineering programs, university career departments, recruiting
• Demonstrated experience liaising with UR teams, Talent Acquisition and University faculty
• Solid experience working with Excel, and PowerPoint
• Reporting and strong writing skills required
