Program Manager, Responsible Gameplay (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

Summary
A new role of Program Manager Responsible Gameplay has been established to create, drive, and administer a new “RG Continuous Improvement Initiative” for roll out across the group globally. The initiative will be overseen by the Sustainability team and the CEOs office.
The primary aim of the initiative will be to proactively identify gaps in Aristocrat's existing RG program and provide a funding base to allow for continual improvement in RG. These gaps will be mapped against key set of metrics which aim to position Aristocrat as a leader in RG in its various segments. Moreover, we currently have numerous funding relationships with organisations in the US and Australia focusing on treatment and research which will come together under this initiative.
Once the initiative is established this role will be responsible for developing an external facing RG Training & Education program which will initially target Australian Gaming customers before scaling globally.What you'll do
Reporting to the ESG Governance Counsel , the key responsibilities of the RG Program Manager will be to:
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and obtain endorsement of a project plan which establishes a Charter and Steerco for a major Continuous Improvement Initiative.
- Manage various projects as agreed under the Initiative Charter. The Charter will, among other things, establish a process for decision making on future funding of RG initiatives.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to propose, facilitate, track and report on the results of trials of new product and technology ideas that have the potential to deliver RG outcomes, in line with the Initiative Charter.
- Work with initiative Steerco to determine allocation of funds to treatment and research partners in line with Initiative Charter.
- Assist RG team and work with different business units to support the development, tracking, delivery and reporting of various priority RG initiatives.
- Develop plan to scope out a key ‘Training and Education” proposal under the Initiative. Lead implementation upon endorsement.
- Work with broader RG team to manage and collate data on RG metrics as part of our annual ESG disclosures.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project or program manager, or an aligned role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse range of people and job functions, build trust and provide sound advice.
- Ability to manage complex projects and ensure delivery to time, budget and specifications.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Interest in sustainability, and a passion for teamwork.
Desirable
- Experience in the global gaming or video games industry with a focus on RG and/or Group strategy would be an advantage.
- Experience in ESG, community or similar programs would be highly regarded.
- Alignment to Aristocrat’s mission and values; a passion for improving our business and contributing to the community.
- Experience within a complex global business environment with multiple stakeholders.
