The Program Manager, People Acceleration will play an integral part in managing the framework and programs which will support our people in being and bringing their best to Kabam and maximizing their impact as we continue to scale globally. You are passionate about creatively developing people, leaders and teams. As a Program Manager, People Acceleration, you will be:
- Creating an Employee Acceleration Framework that aligns with People initiatives and programs to maximize the impact of employees on Kabam’s business strategy
- Mapping the learning journey for both employees and people leaders and supporting talent management initiatives such as, but not limited to, onboarding, talent review and succession planning, performance management, career development, leadership development and employee engagement/retention
- Developing and implementing talent development programs and learning initiatives to support project implementations and business transformation
- Partnering with People Business Partners and senior leaders in the business to understand needs and build up organizational capabilities through effective and scalable solutions that work globally, but can be applied locally
- Partnering cross-functionally across the People team to ensure that solutions thread across people processes, cycles and initiatives
- Using data to measure, evaluate and refine the effectiveness of programs and solutions
- Leveraging our learning management system and technology to maximize learning content and self-directed learning
- Providing oversight on talent development resources, budget and external learning partners
- Coaching and upskilling the People Team while fostering a trusting learning environment
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
- A degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related discipline
- Experience working in another People specialization such as business partnership, systems, talent acquisitions, or people solutions
- Proven experience in building, delivering and facilitating relevant and sustainable talent development and talent management programs in a fast-paced and growing organization
- Confidence and strong ability to communicate to employees of all levels to bring concepts, processes and models into practical and effective application
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
- Agility to problem-solve, apply best practices and models in a resonant way for learners, adhere to tight deadlines, create clarity and grounding in ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to remain highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
To take it up a notch, you will also have:
- Familiarity with the video games industry, or a passion for gaming!
- Experience in working and partnering with employees at multiple sites/offices
- Coaching Certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), or working towards a designation
