The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager, Learning and Development expert who can facilitate and manage a collection of talent development programs and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and implement short and long-term solutions. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, this position will facilitate, drive, and maintain professional learning and development programs that support our people-centric culture. These programs may include: new employee orientation, manager orientation, emerging leaders, team building events, mentor program, technical skills development, compliance training, and employee survey. This position will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, assess needs and put forward recommendations to improve content.

What You Will Do
- Facilitate standard training materials with multiple components to help groups and individuals develop crucial job skills.
- Demonstrate ownership for Learning and Development programs by planning, creating, communicating, facilitating, evaluating, maintaining and following up with participants.
- Regularly benchmark company programs and remain current on evolving trends to proactively adjust programs to ensure market competitiveness in the gaming industry.
- Demonstrate a bias for action and an ability to deal with great ambiguity; one of the key success criteria for this position is the ability to effectively drive change in loosely defined situations
- Partner with the rest of the Learning and Development team and HR to contribute to department and enterprise goals.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Learning and development, corporate learning or relevant program management.
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills; in-person and virtual.
- Knowledge of instructional design.
- Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes.
- Experience delivering team effectiveness and development engagements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and good judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and company-wide programs.
