Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking an experienced, innovative Facilities Program Manager to support SIE Americas portfolio, consisting of 23 locations and 1.4 M sqft, and expanding globally as needed.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Facilities Sourcing & Governance, this essential role will plan, direct, and coordinate programs and procedures for the Facilities & Real Estate team
The responsibilities of the Program Manager include managing day-to-day activities, providing guidance on Facilities policies and processes, overseeing vendors, and collaborating with the Facilities & RE Leadership team to develop global programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement scalable facilities programs
- Create and manage the Facilities & RE customer relationship matrix
- Execute and oversee the Facilities & RE department project tracker
- Manage and present the Facilities & RE monthly balanced scorecard
- Vendor management
- Manage department data analytics and be able to run reports and present findings
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop programs
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Draft new and improve existing Facilities & RE policies and procedures
- Continuously evaluate programs to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field/industry.
- Highly adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity, capable of quickly rallying teams and resources
- Financial analysis and budgeting skills related to programs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Promote and exhibit the highest level of professionalism and great work ethic
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and external vendors
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI reporting tools a plus
- Ability to think strategically to analyze the needs of the business and define solutions
- Ability to navigate between strategic work and tactical execution
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates problems, and takes initiative with little guidance, all while maintaining a positive attitude

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$112,100 — $168,100 USD
