Our Team

The Strategic Planning & Engagement team work with EA's Digital Platform (EADP) organization and Frostbite, and our most senior leaders in Studios and Marketing to bring new capabilities that ensure an incredible player journey to the millions of EA players. This position reports to the Head of Strategic Planning & Engagement and will provide hands on support for projects and coordinate activities to improve staff operations.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a project manager for CTO Staff and SP&E teams.
• Track and coordinate activities and action items.
• Produce and communicate status reporting for important projects.
• Coordinate content and develop presentation materials for team meetings.
• Help with the deployment and streamlining of the management operating system and goals development and tracking processes

Experience / Education:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years program management experience
• Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like: Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/Sharepoint, Workfront, Hansoft.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage at the executive level.
• Experience creating production quality presentations using both MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Experience working with multiple teams and partners across organizations.
• Delivery track record across multiple large-scale cross group programs.
• Commitment to detail and excellence, and a desire to work collaboratively within and between teams.
