Job Title: Organized Play Program Development Manager, GO and Core Video Games
Job Summary: Works with stakeholders to define goals and KPI for GO and Video Game Organized play initiatives. Develops plans to execute and drives execution against long term program goals. You will be expected to know the customers and programs so extensively that you are able to define and communicate clear, concise plans to support long term program growth

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain programs supporting community and competitive play
- Execute retail and community-based Play! programs
- Monitor and coordinate all program development efforts for assigned products
- Work with stakeholders, including marketing and PR, to establishing clear goals and KPIs for new and current Play! programs based around acquisition, retention, and quality.
- Monitor and report on all program goals and KPIs
- Execute against KPIs to drive program success
- Develop methods to collect program feedback for continuous improvement of programs
- Develop and execute internal GO and Video Game events for TPCi
- Work with stakeholders, including marketing and PR, to ensure clear understanding of all new and current Play! program details.
What you’ll bring
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related professional experience.
- Experience developing consumer and/or retail programs.
- Deep understanding of Pokémon GO PvP and Pokémon Core Video Game titles preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in community building/management.
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify trends within broad data sets .
- Diligent mentality, robust sense of responsibility/accountability, and strong verbal/written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment to develop and enhance amazing platforms and services.
- Outstanding communication skills. The ability to work across teams and communicate marketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level.
- Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience of working with external partners, particularly international ones.
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus it is not required, however knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Base salary range: $97000.00 - 147000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. It is common for TPCi to start employees below the midpoint of the range. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
