Job Description
We’re looking for a Production Team Lead to work with our internal Creative Team - part of the Marketing department. You’ll be managing a team of producers who are supporting the Creative Team in organizing the development process of different types of assets for such purposes as marketing campaigns, events, internal initiatives and many more. Together with a Creative Director you’ll build and improve the processes of assets’ development to ensure effective workflow and delivery within agreed timelines. You’ll be responsible, with the Creative Director for the development of the Creative Department - planning new hires, new positions and maybe new teams even. You will be responsible for aligning the creative plans with other Marketing teams like PR, Media, Communications as well as with Game Development teams.
Daily responsibilities
- Managing the Team of Producers, which includes:
- Effectively assigning the projects to the particular Creative Teams (and their assigned Producers).
- Supporting the Team in the long- and short-term planning in order to optimize the use of resources, based on the plans and strategies provided by different departments,
- motivating, mentoring, supporting in the crisis situations and difficult moments in the projects.
- Providing regular feedback related to the Producer’s areas of responsibility.
- Planning milestones and sprints, also delivery of assets on the strategic level,
- Ensuring the efficient methods (and tools) of reporting the progress of work on assets to requesters and other stakeholders,
- Supporting producers in the prioritisation of the tasks together with the Brand Team.
- Supporting producers in the change management process.
- Managing Creative & Production Team budget for the production of assets which includes:
- Creation of the budget estimations based on the strategy and assets plans for the upcoming marketing (and other) campaigns.
- Supervising, monitoring and reporting the expenses throughout the assets development cycle.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of firm experience in project management/project coordination (preferably in advertising, visual design projects, in-house marketing or creative teams).
- Experience in managing teams.
- High competence in organization, troubleshooting, long term planning, change and risk management.
- Ability to bring people together, build long and short-term creative relationships.
- Effective execution of deadlines, information collecting and assertiveness.
- Ability to adapt to the changes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile methodology is an asset).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Additional Information
Working mode
For this role you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode.
- Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
- Remote-First: working from home, or from any location that is within 3 hours of the GMT+2 time zone.
