Production Support Engineer

The Production Support team belongs to the Maintenance department of the Wargaming company. We provide support to gaming products, making sure the entire set of production services operates smoothly: the game servers, databases, numerous web services, and the network architecture.

What will you do?

Your typical workday will consist of processing events coming from the production monitoring team. This is not mere task routing: you will be able to fully engage your diagnostics and service repair skill set. You will not be dealing with any customer support tasks.

Our games are played around the world non-stop, so our team works in a 24/7/365 mode in 2-day shifts separated by 2 free days.

What are we looking for?

You are well versed in OS Linux, can work via console, write scripts in Bash, Python or other languages. You know what logs are and understand their importance. You’re quite used to administering servers remotely.

Your English is at least at a Pre-Intermediate level, and you would like to hone it further.
