If this is the right environment for you, we are currently searching for a Production Intern .
The Production Intern will work with Producers and Associate Producers on projects, ensuring that Maximum Games’ targets for budget, schedule, and quality are all maintained. The Production Intern will organize and coordinate QA, Localization, build deliveries, and other services needed for the successful execution of those projects.
This position is full time, in-person and will be based out of Maximum Games Headquarters in Walnut Creek, California.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for helping with project schedules and budgets and escalating red flags to management as early as possible.
- Help to review milestone deliveries.
- Collaborate internally with marketing, sales, QA, customer support, and other departments.
- Iterate on and providing feedback to improve the quality of products.
- Creatively solve problems that arise during development.
- Demo and/or evangelize products as necessary.
Ideally, the following is true about you:
- Self-starter.
- Quick learner.
- Good creative problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of video games and the video game market.
- Experience working on game teams at school or as an independent.
- Alignment with Maximum Games Core Values.
