Who you are
You know that video game production is hard, but you’re at the right hand of the Production Manager to make it easier – and you get insight into AAA game production processes along the way. The team is carrying the game’s vision on their shoulders; you’re making sure they have everything they need to excel. You’ll help keep the team on track, working with the Production Manager to maintain schedules, track content deliverables and milestones. You thrive in challenging environments, and keep calm under pressure. You believe in our studio’s core values and want to be part of a collaborative team.
What you’ll do
- Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work alongside them to support the day to day operation of a technology development team
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as recruiting, communications, clients, etc.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of content deliverables and milestones
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Developing project processes and strategies along with the PM
- Systematically follow procedure to assist the PM with the project
- Providing administrative support as required
What you bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, project management or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years’ experience in project management
- Analytical and problem solving aptitude
- Capacity to analyze risk and make contingency plans
- Creativity and innovation
- Proactive, dynamic and diplomatic
- Results-oriented and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Jira an asset
