Production Coordinator

Headquartered in Montreal, Reflector is a new breed of studio working with top talents to create high-quality, compelling content for global audiences. By employing a true transmedia approach, where content is built outwards from fully fleshed “Storyworlds”, the company is able to tell richer, deeper stories that connect with fans everywhere.

Reporting to the producer of the game and working closely with the various persons in charge of the several projects at Reflector Entertainment, the incumbent of this position will support the producer to ensure the good running of the production activities in various company projects.

· Ensure a presence on the floor to support the game producer in certain administrative functions.

· Maintain the project Confluence site;

· Help organize team meetings (logistics and others);

· Prepare a periodical newsletter;

· Help organize original and stimulating events for teams on various projects.

· Research various topics related to the video game industry or any other relevant subject.

· Follow up on sporadic internal requests from various stakeholders.

· Help prepare PowerPoint presentations to share updates with the team and the company.

· Maintain the vacation schedule and support the producer in the follow-up of vacation requests from the game team.

· Validate weekly timesheets for various teams and carry out the necessary follow-ups.

· Perform any other duties related to the position.

· College diploma in Communication or equivalent;

· Relevant experience related to the position and/or on game production will be considered an asset;

· Ability to manage multiple priorities from various sources;

· High organization skills and attention to details;

· Ability to quickly meet with spontaneous requests;

· Forthright and proactive;

· Focused on good communication and team spirit;

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems;

· Creative and innovative;

· Interests for entertainment, culture, technology and new media;

· Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
