Production Coordinator

Counterplay Games is looking for a Production Coordinator who is extremely well organized, self-motivated, able to multitask, and passionate about playing and making games to join our team.
As a Production Coordinator, you will work closely with our Production and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality game assets across multiple projects. In addition, you will:
- Track and prioritize asset requests from the game teams and work with external partners to obtain time and cost estimates for all work.
- Work with external partners to build and maintain roadmaps and asset delivery schedules for all game team requests.
- Balance the priorities of requests from multiple teams against the capacity of each external partner.
- Work with the Producers and Directors to resolve any conflicts if multiple teams are competing for the same resources.
- Help identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate the delivery and integration of completed assets with the game teams.
Requirements:
- Shipped at least one PC or Console title in a Production role.
- Minimum of 2 years in the games industry, with experience working on a title from Pre-production to Final.
- Effective communication skills, ability to comprehend technical requirements in both written and verbal form, and translate them to actionable tasks for external vendors.
- Strong time & resource management skills - ability to focus and prioritize work in a fast paced environment, keeping all tasks for teams organized and up to date.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and communications, and propose ways we can improve upon them.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Bonus:
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and how to integrate assets is a huge plus.
- Experience with a variety of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, Miro).
- Knowledge of specific project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience working with remote game teams.
- Avid video game player across a variety of genres and platforms, especially ARPG's.
