Production Coordinator

Bungie’s Publishing team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns with content that reaches millions of highly engaged players. In this role, you will assist producers in all aspects of production, from concept to delivery, focusing primarily on trailer and creative asset production. You will effectively work with both creative and technical people. You must be willing to get in the trenches and take on a multitude of tasks. All in all, you’ll get to collaborate with the producers and leads to help support one of the most talented teams in video games, and they will support you.
During these uncertain times and rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, all positions at Bungie are subject to onboarding and working virtually/remotely. Once the studio is fully reopened, most work is expected to be performed in-person at our main headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document and communicate key production decisions, milestones, and project details
- Schedule and coordinate all necessary meetings in accordance with individuals and production schedules
- Help track schedules and managed assets
- Support identified weaknesses, bottlenecks, and risks
- Troubleshoot communication and workflow problems
- Gather and prepare all necessary specs required for asset delivery
- Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to the producers and leads
- Organize and collate feedback from multiple parties
- Provide overall team coordination support, as directed by producers
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with project and time management
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style
- Able to handle multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to operate under strict deadline pressure
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Gaming, film, marketing, or agency experience
- Project management methodology training (e.g. Agile)
- Familiarity with project management software (JIRA or Asana)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
