Production Coordinator (Contractor)

As a Production Coordinator, on the Wild Rift team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as: organizing projects, managing demanding schedules of stakeholders while maintaining crucial relationships between team leaders, and handling travel plans and expense reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the accounts and system accesses for a large, international team.
- Coordinate complex schedules and arrange meetings for team leadership.
- Support team leadership by organizing training, events, documentation while carrying out project assignments
- Prepare presentations requiring advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Identify problem areas and provide informed recommendations on improvements and potential solutions
- Provide excellent follow-up and attention to detail, and provide assistance using independent judgement to determine priority.
Required Qualifications:
- At minimum 1 year of executive administrative experience or coordination duties
- Experience working with Google Workspace
- Experience working in gaming, software or related fields
Desired Qualifications:
- Chinese business language proficiency
