Position Purpose

Pipeworks Studios is seeking a passionate Production Assistant ! As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with the Production team to assist in the management of various game development projects and components.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process and manage contracts for vendors and contractors
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractors, including procurement of assets and access to collaboration tools
  • Support producers by executing on a variety of tasks related to the development of software projects, from concept to release and live operations
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with resources throughout the organization and/or external vendors to eliminate roadblocks and ensure successful completion of tasks
  • Work with development team and QA in tracking incoming and outgoing assets/builds
  • Provide regular reports on team progress to multiple levels of management

Q ualifications

  • Motivated by careful, objective, & detail-oriented work
  • Proactive and collaborative communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience with project management practices and software development
  • Strong interest in the industry and a desire to create high-quality interactive experiences with an eye towards successful product launch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with contract management
  • Previous experience with video game development
  • PMI CAPM Certification

Required Education and Experience

Certificate of completion of Game Development ( e.g. LCC, Full Sail) or any University degree or equivalent work experience.
