Production Assistant – Ubisoft Film & Television (M/NB/W)

Job Description
Within the Ubisoft Film & Television Paris team, you will assist the Production Manager and the production teams with their production management assignments.
Your main tasks will be to observe and assist the Production Manager with the management of production elements from a technical, administrative and financial standpoint.
Production monitoring and supervision:
- Identify daily production challenges and constraints;
- Anticipate the risks and opportunities inherent in these challenges and constraints;
- Organise and guarantee the implementation of production schedules;
- Ensure the follow-up of deliverables in liaison with your contacts;
- Ensure the effective transmission of information both for external and internal partners.
Project budget monitoring:
- Help to prepare regular reports on the production costs of series in progress;
- Assess and, if necessary, challenge service provider quotes;
- Manage customer and supplier invoices in conjunction with our accounting department.
Other tasks:
- Assist your manager in the optimization of reporting tools;
- Help to prepare funding application files (CNC, etc.);
- Carry out personnel administration for occasional contracts;
- Ensure ongoing competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
o You have a first experience in production management;
o You are adaptable and able to make suggestions;
o You are rigorous and autonomous in your missions;
o You have an analytical mind and a good ability to communicate;
o You master Excel and know how to process large volumes of data;
o You are fluent in English;
o You have a strong interest in Animation, video game industry and Entertainment.
