Playtika is looking for a Product Owner to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.
This is the opportunity to join a world-leading game company and make a great impact on the development of our flagman game Slotomania.
Slotomania is the highest-grossing app on Facebook and iOS. We are successfully applying our intuitive understanding of what players want and we are making mastery of marketing and monetization to our additional categories of games.
Responsibilities
- Own web/mobile product (Slots/features) roadmaps from end to end
- Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework
- Manage the product backlog (define user stories, prioritize backlog)
- Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and handle development/engineering
- Evaluating product progress at each iteration/phase of lifecycle of Product (Slot/Feature)
- Analyze the success of the Slot/feature once it's released to production
- Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, Art etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
- Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience
- Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product Slots/features
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the gaming field or B2C Industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (especially Scrum), methodologies and tools
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects
- Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
- A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English – so good level of it required)
- Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
- Experience in communication with foreign partners
- A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
- Project management abilities and passion for games
