We are looking for a PRODUCT OWNER (f/m/x) who enjoys working in a collaborative and creative work environment. What you will do:
- You will be the Product Owner for the online portal allowing communication and interaction between game developers and players
- You understand the users, utilising user research and product discovery techniques in order to find out what our external and internal users really need
- You work with the engineering team: You convert your learnings into easy to understand epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. This is how you make sure that the work of the team creates the most outcome.
- You manage internal and external stakeholders and create transparency about current and upcoming releases.
- You prioritize the backlog: You identify metrics to measure customer value and decide which features create the most impact for stakeholders and users.
- You work with product and business leaders to align on product vision and roadmap.
Requirements
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- You have worked as a product owner for an online software product or a significant component of a larger such product for more than 4 years
- You work in an agile environment and identify with agile values. This shows in the way you interact with engineers and stakeholders.
- You thrive in complexity. You are analytical, structured and you know how to communicate complex topics in an easy to understand way.
- You are enthusiastic about the special challenges of software products that have significant complexity both when facing users and when used internally.
- You’re fluent in English.
Bonus:
- Ideally, you have already worked in the fields of Community Management or Engagement.
- You have experience in integrating multiple SaaS solutions into your product, like CMS and CRM solutions.
