Product Owner - Consumer Product Operations

Mistplay i s looking for a Product Owner - Consumer Product Operations to join our growing team! This person would work closely with our internal stakeholders across Engineering, Data, Operations and Marketing to help define, develop and release products aimed at supporting the operational needs of the Consumer Products organization and of the stakeholders that depend on it for delivery of solutions and tools. This role will report directly to the Director of Product.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop a close understanding of internal customers’ needs, and work closely with them to define business goals for products developed by the Consumer Product Operations team
- Define specs and requirements, manage project execution, define roll-out strategy for products utilized in the operations of the Mistplay app, including live operations tools, solutions pertinent to business requests and integration of 3rd party tools
- Conduct research about new technologies, and trends in the market, with the goal to identify the most appropriate solutions for stakeholders’ needs
- Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
- Understand the business logic and company KPIs when prioritizing tasks.
- Handle operational incidents professionally and insightfully (e.g. work together with the other team to quickly bring resolution, with clear external and internal communication).
- Anticipate implementation challenges with each and every proposal.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management Strong understanding of technology, and able to communicate effectively with engineers
- Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Data driven - able to analyze problems and evaluate solutions based on dataStrong communication skills, oral and written
- Detail oriented and able to keep it simple at the same time
- Naturally proactive, progressive and positive
- Embraces learning and sharing of new skills
- Bonus if you are familiar with the mobile and gaming space.
