Responsibilities
- As a product operations manager, you will create, implement and oversee processes, tools and frameworks.
- You will lead cross-department and cross-team collaborations to enable the product managers to focus on growth and allow planning, building and delivering the best product to the market.
- You will be responsible for identifying the department’s needs, prioritizing them and building the processes to address them with the given resources.
- Your work will be measured by dedicated KPIs , and you will be able to improve them on a regular basis.
- You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and carry out cross-organizational initiatives, involving multiple teams across the organization.
- You’ll be a member of our Product department and serve as a key link between product managers, UX/UI, R&D, monetization, CS, analytics.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience in product operations, project management or organizational consultant in high tech companies.
- Ability to simultaneously manage various projects in a fast-paced & constantly changing environment.
- Proven ability to initiate and implement methodologies, processes and frameworks while measuring their success.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with varied teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to easily create and build relationships across varied teams both internally and externally.
- Proactive and challenging the current status quo.
- Strong communications skills - Both verbal and written.
- Self-learner, creative & process-driven person who acts independently while keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
- In-depth understanding of product processes (Scrum, Agile, PLC).
- Product Management experience - An advantage
