Product Monetization Manager Moon Camp

We're looking for a talented Product Monetization Manager to Join our rapidly growing team.

The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom, effective and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
• A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to execute top quality monthly events and promotions.

Requirements

• A strong passion for mobile games
• Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing or Growth Management.
• Strong project management, analytical, business and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration.
