Product Marketing Manager

Our Magic TCG studio is looking for a results-oriented, innovative Product Marketing Manager to support our direct-to-consumer native product line, Secret Lair Drop Series, and our strategic partnership and business development initiatives in the tabletop studio.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in product marketing or product management, internal communication management, superior execution of projects from planning through delivery, a passion for product development, and an affinity for games or other lifestyle brands.

What You'll Do:

Develop a deep understanding of our Secret Lair and co-branded tabletop product portfolio, then curate a method of clearly communicating key selling points and details of new product releases to cross-functional teams.

• Create and maintain documentation to communicate product specifications and updates – act as the subject-matter-expert for all Secret Lair product strategy and product details.
• Prepare product presentations for both internal teams and external business partners.
• Review partner business terms and contracts with Legal.
• Partner with digital product owners on digital integrations, in-game marketing and product needs. Own all documentation and asset hand-off.
• Act as liaison to creative and marketing departments including managing creative asset deliverables.
• Partner with the Consumer Products Team to build robust licensed merchandise and play accessories plan for Secret Lair.
• Work closely with the Legal team on various product approvals.

What You'll Bring:

• You're a self-starter who takes initiative solves problems and brings ideas to the table.
• 3+yrs professional experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar.
• Passion for entertainment or gaming AND business strategy.
• Ability to drive projects forward within a highly matrixed organization: you provide clear and concise direction/feedback to partners and have the ability to influence others to adopt recommendations.
• Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, and within budget parameters.
• Well-developed verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of the digital game and/or hobby game industries highly desirable.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
