Product Marketing Manager

Unity seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of Unity’s all EDU products and services for our local customers. You must have experience, closely partnering with global education org, local tech and sales leaders on successful education product revenue and adoption programs and in surfacing market feedback on product opportunities in a fast growing & faced software technological company.
Success in this position requires a strong education product & service understanding, ability to define products’ value propositions locally based on customers’ needs, partner/ecosystem and market intelligence. Also, successful candidate should able to formulate market plans in sync with business objectives, be a strong, hands on operational manager who is able execute against plans and actively build visibility, understanding of market opportunities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Set K12 product adoption plan, implementing k12 product marketing strategy and developing local executional strategies.
- Closely partner with edu BD and edu R&D functions to drive Unity’s product and service’s information, knowledge, understanding and adoption.
- Distill and surface China market feedbacks to K12 R&D team and global non K12 PM and PMM on overall products and services, contributing to development of roadmap for new products and services.
- Shape internal training programs to educate the sales force/ channel partners, closely working with evangelists, with well-prepared product marketing plan.
- Ensure right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach to maximize growth and scale impacts.
- Inspire actions through data driven insights and execute with operational rigor and efficiency.
- Carry out market researches in core & future business in terms of market overview, competitive standings and key customers or players for business development.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- English proficiency and native Mandarin
- Product management or product marketing management experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
- Product marketing experience in the B2B, Software industry and IT industry will be a plus
- Problem-solver & multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
