Trailmix is an award-winning studio based in the heart of London, backed by mobile giants Supercell. About the role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will build and drive product marketing strategies for our successful game, Love & Pies. You will own, develop and enhance the audience insight across organic / paid users by analyzing data, marketing creatives, social channels and app stores, partnering with cross functional teams. The role will require your strategic and tactical skills to conceptualise and execute impactful campaigns. You will also help define and implement a product vision that creates new acquisition opportunities, retains our current players, and helps steer the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities and scope:
- Help set up Love & Pies user acquisition efforts for scale & long-term growth.
- Diversifying your acquisition efforts & start building up your brand awareness.
- Integrated marketing to live-ops campaigns and more retention/reengagement oriented marketing
- Communicate key product features, events and milestones with Growth Marketing team and Game teams to leverage the activities in marketing communications
- Strategically test and improve the install funnel with a pipeline from paid marketing assets to the first open and analyse the organic growth/impact
- Ensure goals and incentives are aligned across all functions including game team, live operations, marketing creative, lifecycle, paid acquisition, social and app store optimisation
- Take ownership and establish a Product Marketing vision and feed that into our product roadmap to grow our game
- Prepare localised Go To Market strategy to launch in the new regional market
- Working with artists and social/community managers to develop a vision for community offering innovative ideas to generate maximum visibility of the game
- Define and profile the target audience and help develop our brand positioning (including brand values, tone of voice) to ensure excellence and consistency across all marketing functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing, ideally in mobile games with a track record of success and tangible results
- Growth Marketing hands on knowledge is a plus (Performance Marketing, ASO etc)
- Experience building and executing influencer marketing plans
- Experience formulating marketing strategies for multi-million dollar top grossing apps
- A creative and analytical approach to driving improvements
- Strong team player with the experience and a keen interest in working cross-functionally
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Location:
Trailmix is currently operating under a hybrid work model - we have 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday & Friday) in person at our brand new studio in Kings Cross with the remaining 2 days available to work from home.
