Product Marketing Manager

Niantic is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Marketing team and help run go-to-market planning and ongoing marketing support for our portfolio of live and future gaming titles, and our suite of developer platform products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build plans that excite and inspire our audiences. Most of all you'll be an integral part of the EMEA Niantic marketing team with boundless opportunities to learn, grow and drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Help define and implement go-to-market strategies and lead ongoing marketing efforts for new and live products in close coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Craft key marketing copy and assets for social, push, email, and UA channels using internal and agency resources.
- Support go-to-market tactics such as positioning, naming, external communications, competitive analysis, project management, and audience research.
- Collaborate with the Community team to identify and produce evergreen marketing content and respond to user feedback.
- Lead co-marketing partnerships and paid sponsorship opportunities for live and future titles.
- Work with external partners to secure approvals for game initiatives and comms.
- Coordinate with Google Play and the Apple App Store to generate assets for promotional features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to conceptualize and support live events in the EMEA region.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated ability in Product Marketing or general marketing management, ideally for a live service product within the tech, gaming or entertainment sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Able to work proactively and drive impact on multiple simultaneous projects in a fast paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively and optimally across a matrix organisation
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in G Suite products and tools

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of €81,000 - €95,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
