- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous mindset.
- Commitment to quality, with excellent organisational skills.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the game development team managing all facets of product marketing in this role you will be responsible for managing, launching, promoting, and sustaining a portfolio of cross-platform video games through their entire life cycle. This role is located in our production studio in Brisbane and you will work in close collaboration with Gameloft’s Global Marketing team. We’re looking for a creative person, willing to push their ideas and see them grow into amazing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, polls, and consumer studies to identify the game’s target audience, positioning, values, and selling points.
- Maintain the game brand identity (title, packaging, tone of voice, marketing storytelling…)
- Participate in game development by making recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, socialization, and retention.
- Coordinate the game’s marketing approvals with copyright owners and research partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional assets creation for your game (trailers, web assets, screenshots, store descriptions & visuals, PR tools…)
- Execute marketing strategies by creating brand awareness and generating traffic and installations including but not limited to press relations, promotion and partnership programs, social marketing actions, sales support docs, traffic acquisition recommendations, etc.
- Analyse marketing campaign results and report to the game’s team, management, and licensor.
- Measure and analyse game users’ feedback, behaviour, and market acceptance sharing results and recommendations with the production team.
- Manage a marketing calendar based on game updates and promotions and oversee community management including direct management of the Game Community Manager.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition teams and coordinate efforts to develop, test, and execute optimization of advertising campaigns, and collaborate with the App Store Optimization.
