Product Manager - iOS // Chef de produit - iOS

Mistplay is looking for a new Product Manager - iOS to join our growing team! This person will work with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, as well as across the Mistplay organization, to design, develop, launch, iterate and scale an effective solution for iOS users to benefit from the Mistplay loyalty platform. This is a strategic initiative for the company, and the right candidate will be entrepreneurial, curious, able to deal with uncertainty, and quick to invent and iterate.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Research and ideate the most effective go-to-market solution for iOS, given the platform's constraints and our goal to launch a viable product rapidly and to learn from our users and clients' results
• Lead a small, rapid cross-functional team in developing and iterating on the initial product design, while navigating a rapidly-changing and environment, leading to the release of the most effective, user-friendly solution for iOS users
• Be or become an expert in the iOS ecosystem, including install and usage attribution, platform rules, and the evolving regulatory ecosystem, and drive the team to evolve and adapt accordingly
• Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
• Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration.
• Understand the business logic and company KPIs when prioritizing tasks
• Handle operational incidents professionally and insightfully (e.g. work together with the other team to quickly bring resolution, with clear external and internal communication).
• Understand how to successfully A/B test features, and continually suggests ways to improve performance during the testing phases.
• Lead brainstorming and solution design sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• +3 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience with iOS products
• Bias for action, curious and entrepreneurial
• Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
• Data driven - able to analyze problems and evaluate solutions based on data
• Detail orientated and able to keep it simple at the same time
• Naturally proactive, progressive and positive
• Embraces learning and sharing of new skills
• Salary range : $65,000 - $130,000 CAD depending on experience (adjustable depending on location)
