Product Manager (f/m/d) for F2P Mobile Games

Right now we are also working on a still confidential mobile game based on a popular strategy brand with a leading global publisher!

Your role:

For our upcoming AAA-F2P-Mobile-Project, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. Working closely with the developing team you will be part of the game’s production, planning ahead for its launch and live activities. You are the main interface for all product-related topics between designers, developers, and our publishing partners. Be our internal champion of the product and support our partners in all relevant live ops tasks. Experience hands-on game development, not just high-level product marketing!

• Take care of the live operations setup, including working with our internal admin solution and 3rd party tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and others
• Setup and coordinate in-game events and be our champion of this cross-disciplinary effort
• Coordinate the creation of new analytic events – from creating the spec to live testing
• Supervise A/B tests, be the interface between designers, developers, and our publishing partners
• Support the further development of our internal live tools – from observations to implementation!
• Consult the development team in regards to monetization and provide regular KPIs reports
• Be the direct contact person for CSM and CM for all product-related topics and questions
• Pitch new ideas for the product to management and our partners

Who we’re looking for:

• Knowledge of BI tools, analytics software, understanding of big data
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing
• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Analytical thinking and good intuition
• Broad knowledge of the gaming industry, especially the state of the mobile market
• Ability to motivate your team and fight for collective ideas
• Great communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
