Product Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager, to join Wildlife's Monetization Tools team in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Product Manager is accountable for the success of our products. It's their role to define and refine the vision for the tools and services we need to build in Publishing Services.
They have to interact with internal clients as well as with leaders in engineering and data, identify gaps in our business, conceive products, create roadmaps, and make sure we have a sound strategy going forward. Additionally, they are responsible for guaranteeing that the product vision is consistently implemented and communicated throughout the company, and that the results are accurately measured.
We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business.
What you'll do
- Create a vision for your squad in alignment with our goals inside Monetization Tools
- Build a roadmap that makes the vision come to life
- Lead a team of developers, data scientists and UX to execute on the proposed plan
- Measure impact of deliveries and report to stakeholders
- Have alignment and incorporate input of stakeholders during this process
What you'll need
- A solid math background
- A good nose for value
- Ability to communicate with and lead a team
- Open mind to receive constructive criticism and improve on it
- A lot of willingness to overcome hard challenges
- It is helpful to have experience with Product or Data science skills but it is not at all necessary
