We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive engagement and monetization of existing games through Live Ops technology and content. You will work closely with a team of engineers and game teams to define platform technology and support game teams’ event content pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and manage a robust feature roadmap, write product specifications, and drive LiveOps technology from inception through launch. You should demonstrate a strong grasp of analytics, with a solid understanding of all core F2P game metrics and applying data to inform decisions.What You'll Do
- Support in defining and driving the roadmap for LiveOps platform technology
- Assist in generating concepts for events & features for a mobile game & help manage the road map for our content pipeline, event improvements/optimizations, and ultimately new events/features
- Monitor the competitive landscape to understand market opportunities and industry trends
- Create specs, wireframe screens, mock-ups and user flows for new product features and events
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap and ensure implementation.
- Analyze the impact of events & features and translate findings into actionable next steps
- Propose systematic A/B tests (split testing) to optimize the game post-launch
- Define, own, and drive the roadmap for LiveOps platform technology, events, and features
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in product management, consulting, analytics, or finance, ideally in mobile F2P gaming and live ops environments
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver
- Passion for mobile games and understanding of industry landscape
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and straight to the point
- An advocate for strategy which takes research, data, and industry trends into account
- Comfortable taking calculated risks
- Collaborative, team player that thrives in cross-discipline teams
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Experience with third-party analytics tools, such as Looker
- (Nice-to-have) Experience with third-party CRM/mobile marketing tools, such as Leanplum
