Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications in Benelux, the Product Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing plans in relation to multi-format videogame releases in Benelux. The product Manager plays a key role between different departments, teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Experienced and capable to be largely Autonomous - can be briefed and will manage themselves.
- Demonstrates the ability to deliver a mid and long-term strategic vision for the brand/s.
- Demonstrable examples of the use of data analysis to guide strategic planning.
- An ability to interface with higher management for strategy development, executional planning and reporting.
- A level of maturity that allows for consistent, positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Demonstrates influence and impact within the team – able to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration on achievement of shared goals.
- Demonstrable examples of request approvals at a senior level of authority.
- Able to run, plan and execute of all marketing plans in relation to multi-format videogame releases in the Benelux. Plans should be synched with Global strategies and tailored to local market needs as required.
- Marketing campaign budget setting and oversight, asset management, campaign reporting, including KPI assessment.
- Create a high performing, well organized marketing team with the other 2K product manager and collaboratively create innovative, efficient and effective marketing campaigns.
- Work closely together with the Benelux Senior PR manager and Junior Community and Influencer Manager in, to ensure maximum impact and efficiency of campaigns.
- Proactive, sustained and effective communication with the Benelux Director of Marketing and Communications.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Take Two Benelux Sales and Finance team.
- Be the intermediary between the local marketing team and various other relevant departments within 2K, including Go To Market Teams, Brand Teams and Performance Marketing Team.
- Liaison with cross-promotional partners and licensors, ensuring maximum efficiency and awareness is achieved.
- The management of relevant Media, Creative and Events agencies.
- Assist with Influencer campaigns where appropriate to ensure marketing is a component of the Influencer activity.
- The demonstration of our videogames both internally and to external partners/retail.
Building and Developing Relationships
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the 2K BLX, International and US marketing, communications and PR teams.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external media agencies, promotional agencies, first parties, retail and licensing partners.
- Become a proactive team member within the 2K structure.

- An experienced Product Manager with an excellent understanding of Marketing principles, planning and strategy, with demonstrable skills in these areas.
- A portfolio that includes several successful marketing campaigns.
- Creative flair, with demonstrable examples of the management of creative, break-out campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen gamer, with good knowledge of gaming and the industry.
- Extremely well organised, with strong administrational skills. An ability to multi-task is essential.
- A dedication to professionalism including self-presentation, time keeping, strong work ethic and a desire to continually self-improve and be innovative.
- Accountability and full budget responsibility.
- Open to local and international travel as required.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- PR agency experience would be beneficial.
