業務内容

• World of Tanksの日常業務を管理し、ゲーム内のアクティビティや地域/グローバルイベントに焦点を当てて、プレイヤーを引き付ける
• 製品とコミュニティのすべての面から詳細な分析を実施し、パフォーマンスを向上させるためにリージョナルとグローバル双方のプロダクトグループに情報を提供
• 日本のプレイヤーの伝道者としてコミュニティーからの声を正確にプロダクトグループに提供
• ビジネスインテリジェンスチームと連携しデータの分析を行い、洞察の結果をプロダクトグループへ提供
• RPDおよびBizDevマネージャーと協力し、日本で新しいビジネス開発の機会を開拓
• 必要に応じて、さまざまな製品関連プロジェクトに取り組む

求める人物像

• 5年以上のITまたはゲーム業界での業務経験
• ビジネス・業務上での高い日本語、英語のコミュニ―ケーション力（会話・筆記）
• 責任感があり自発的に行動できる考えを持つ
• チームマネージメント能力
• データや数字に関する直感的な理解力
• 最小限の監修で作業を進められる能力

望ましい能力

• スキル・3年以上のAAAオンライゲームのマネージメント経験
• ゲーム、テクノロジー、エンターテインメント、コンシューマーグッズへの情熱

Job overview

Reporting directly to the Regional Publishing Director (RPD), we are seeking a pro-active and goal-orientated candidate with experience in top-tier product management.

The Regional Product Manager will work closely with the RPD on developing best practices for the day to day operation of a market leading online product in APAC. This person will lead a team in Japan responsible for all aspects of day to day operations related to the product, including community management, content creation & translation and customer support. The successful candidate will show the ability to evangelize the product to all players in Japan and to develop a deep understanding of the wants and needs of the Japan player base.

This role also provides an opportunity to input into product design and operations at both the regional and global level offering the ability to influence on the overall direction of the business.

The candidate will be expected to research the market, analyze competition, and work with the RPD and regional Biz Dev manager to seek out partnerships and business opportunities which will benefit the product and the brand.

Report to

Publishing Director, World of Tanks, APAC

What will you do?

• Manage daily operations for World of Tanks with a focus on in-game activities and regional/global events to engage the playing audience
• Conduct in-depth analysis on all aspects of the product and community and provide input into both the regional and global product group to improve performance.
• Become the Japan evangelist and work closely with the Japan player community to ensure their voice is heard within the product group.
• Work with Business Intelligence to develop data analytics which will help provide insights into the product.
• Work with RPD and Biz Dev manager to source new business development opportunities in Japan
• Work on various product-related projects as needed

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years overall experience in the IT/Game industries
• Communicate effortlessly in English and Japanese - both spoken and written
• Strong ownership & self-initiative mind
• Strong people management skills
• An intuitive understanding of numbers
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

What additional skills help you to stand out?

• 3 years AAA online product management experience
• Passion for games, technology, new entertainment experiences and consumer goods
