Sr. Product Manager, User Activation and Retention

We’re looking for an energetic Product Manager to join our team and lead consumer lifecycle initiatives to drive increased lifetime value, increased purchase rates, and reduced churn through customized and powerful marketing efforts at every stage of a customer’s lifecycle. In this role you will lead and build systems that drive customer engagement through platforms such as email, push, Osmo Parent app and referral program and then use data to analyze and iterate to drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Build programs to increase revenue per customer and improve customer retention characteristics.
- Use data to monitor the health of user acquisition & retention programs and identify areas for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead projects through rapid testing cycles; discover and implement strategies to keep the customer engaged
- Communicate key insights and findings to senior management and optimize programs based on data-driven analysis
- Manage consumer-facing communication channels including: email, push notifications, Osmo Parent app, and referral.
- Be the expert on the customer journey; develop a deep understanding of user behavior and how best to leverage it in pursuit of top line growth
- Manage complex initiatives, create project plans, and drive on-time execution
Requirements
- Must be data driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
- Experience launching growth initiatives in coordination with other leads for events such as new products, sales, and holidays, etc.
- Experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of consumer learning product like Osmo.
- Thrilled with challenges, unknowns and the opportunity to optimize and build programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5-7 years relevant growth experience with increasing responsibility in leadership and scope.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related Engineering disciplines, required, MBA is a strong plus.
