About the Role
Creators are the fundamental building block of Twitch. Each month, over 6 million creators choose to share themselves with the world by streaming to viewers across the world on Twitch. Many of these creators struggle initially to overcome the technical hurdles associated with streaming. Twitch Studio aims to simplify the technicalities while guiding new Creators along a path to success on Twitch.
As a Product Manager for Twitch Studio, you will help Creators grow and achieve their goals on Twitch by creating products that eliminate technical barriers-to-entry for streaming, guide Creators to success, and inspire Creators across their journey on Twitch. In order to succeed, Creators have many complex and difficult skills to master -- from selecting and setting up features, to learning how to grow their audience and entertain their community. You'll empower Creators to reach their potential by developing an understanding of Creator opportunities or pain points and developing products that tangibly improve the outcomes for Creators using Twitch Studio. You will report to the Director of Creator Growth Product.
We are open to you sitting in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; or Los Angeles, CA.
You Will:
- Develop an understanding of Creator's needs, aspirations, and pain points
- Define products and features that deliver tangible improvements to Twitch Studio Creators
- Work with designers and engineers to build delightful user experiences that align with the Twitch Studio strategy
- Drive execution and successfully launch features on the Twitch Studio roadmap
- Collaborate with marketing and other product managers to make decisions that are aligned across the business
- Determine appropriate, measurable goals and metrics for your products to measure success
- Conduct post-launch analyses of launches to present insights/next steps to team members
You Have:
- 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager , preferably on user-facing consumer experiences.
- Self-starter who can dive into the details , find creative solutions and lead your projects.
- Data-driven and able to prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition .
- Bias toward action with a history of proactively executing and shipping products.
- Strong written communication skills - able to connect a strategy to a set of customer problems to a set of metrics to a set of features in a logical chain.
- Desire to learn , grow and work on a collaborative team.
- Written detailed product specifications and A/B test plans

- Experience using streaming software
- Passion for content creation
- Familiarity with Twitch's ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through launch while handling several moving pieces
- History of translating product ideas into expected business impact
- Track record of launching experiments that resulted in actionable learnings
